Tender has been issued by KGM- Turkish Government Motorways & Highways Agency and Ersa has gotton Letter of Award to construct the road.The total length of the road is 54km including earthworks, retaining walls, cement stabilisation, stonebase, binder base, hot recycling – asphalt pavement, drainage works, culverts, river bed protection walls, gabion walls, bridges, median, walkways, intersections, round abouts and filling station – bus stop area. The project has been completed in 21 Months with protective barriers, road signing and traffic signalisation although Ersa had bad weather conditions during the construction period.

a member of ACCOR Group then The name of the hotel has changed as Mercure Istanbul The Plaza Bosphorus Hotel. The venue consists of 20
storeys with 240 non-smoking rooms. This unique hotel is set in the centre of Istanbul.

In the new concept, Every room is fitted with an in-room safe, a coffee machine and a work desk. They offer views of the bay. Nice touches to
enhance your stay include showers, a hairdryer and toiletries.

The four-star Volga Premium Hotel is located within the historical and cultural downtown of Cheboksary.

Once Cheboksary’s main hotel, it was demolished in the middle of 20th century, due to the construction of the Cheboksary hydropower station. ERSA’s contract scope has included FF&E works of 413 luxury rooms, 17 flexible meeting rooms and ball rooms, relaxing fitness center and spa that offering indoor and outdoor pool, luxury soa treatments and a fully equipped gym. ERSA has delivered his scope only with in 11 Months.

Sheraton Batumi is located in the heart of the city, next to the famous Batumi Boulevard and the Black Sea beach, just in few minutes walking distance to the historic center and within easy reach to the international airport and the train station. Ibis Cheboksary Center is located in the business and cultural center of the city near Cheboksary Bay, close to the main sights, theaters and museums. Cheboksary, Chuvash capital and large port on the Volga river, is the economic and cultural center of the region. Each of the 110 rooms of the hotel has a modern design and excellent sound proofing. The hotel has three conference rooms. . Ersa has completely worked on Final Finishing works including furniture and equipment for all the rooms, common areas, and meeting rooms in 2016 only in 7 Months.

BAU Hospital’s Total Construction Area is 10.285m2. Project has started at March 2014 and completed at February 2015. The Client is System Construction, Istanbul. The Hospital has 56 Beds for Patients, 21 ICU beds, New Born ICU 5 beds. It is fully equipt hospital. There are totally 18 departments available in the policlinics including internal medicine, general surgery, pediatrics, gynecology and obstetrics, cardiology cardiovascular surgery, thoracic surgery, respiratory disease, orthopedics, urology, otorhinolaryngology, ophthalmology neurology, neurosurgery, dermatology, physiotherapy, psychiatry and dentistry. Building has 70pcs car parks. The Project has been constructed by ERSA as EPC and Equipt.
