Sedima Tower Dakar – Senegal
The project is located on a plot of land bordered by the boulevard Route de la Corniche and two other minor roads. It directly overlooks the ocean in an area of great transformation for the city of Dakar. The mixed-use tower (high-level residences and offices) consists of 17 floors above ground plus two underground levels. As a high-level building, it will be an integral and significant part of the new urban layout of the city. Long with its evident role as a visual landmark covering long distances, the project also intends to give the tower a ‘playful-theatrical aspect’, strictly related to its architectural conformation. Some elements of the tower, for example, work as parts of an interactive urban scenography with events organized at the base or on the tower itself, such as the lighting element placed between the two vertical blades of the front.
Radisson Collection is the Highest Segment of Luxury for Radisson Hotel Chain. Emeral Hotel Project is located in Oniru, Lagos, Nigeria. ENL Group owns the hotel. The project has been designed by DIAD, South Africa as 193 Rooms as the most luxury hotel in Africa. Ersa has commenced work February 2020 to construct as Turn Key bases included FF&E. Emerald Hotel project has 17 upper floors plus 2 basement floor. Green color of Emerald meets with gold to furnish all areas including the exterior cladding works to meet the highest luxury standards. Smart Management ELV Technologies on use with Energy Saving AC units and solar power production cells. Project will be delivered only in 14 Months including long shipping & logistic periods. Radisson South Africa is controlling the quality standards to satisfy Radisson’s Expactations.
2-storey luxury designed villa project consisting of 10 units. Villas have their own garden and pool areas. While the project area provides easy access to city center, it also provides users the opportunity to protect their private areas easily.
There are seventeen dormitories on campus and four more departments: Philosophy and Political Science, Oriental Studies, Preparatory and International Relations in the second, smaller campus located at the intersection of Karasay Batyr – Masanchi streets.
Prefabricated houses, consisting of demountable and fast-buildable parts, provide the opportunity to create easy and fast settlement living spaces in any desired country.
The main mass in the design represents the Uzbek cultural heritage with all its history and accumulation, and the branches born from the main mass represent the new cultural breakthroughs and achievements that are put forward with the support of this cultural heritage.
Cameroon Douala Airport Project has 33.760 m2 construction area and 2800 m runway. The futuristic model with traditional figures shows a multi-storey infrastructure, VIP lounges, a mezzanine, a modern boarding hall, a boarding bridge, and large duty-free spaces. Its domestic and international traffic is constantly growing and, thanks to its capacity of a 2.5 million passengers and 50,000 tons of freight per year, it benefits from a head start on this increase in air traffic.
