It has equipment and resources that allow students and the community to have modern infrastructure nearby, thus helping to improve their quality of study and life.

Project scope includes the expansion of the existing UPOV with a capacity of 8,000 ES and the current II. purification stage to a final capacity of 16,000 ES is III. degree of treatment with the construction of a plant for solar drying of sludge from the waste water treatment process.

The works are contracted according to the terms of the contract for installation sand design and construction for electrical and mechanical buildings and works according to the Contractor’s projects (FIDIC Yellow Book)

Center on the city project has 44 social building, 16 luxury buildings, 38 villas, school, hospital, preschool, shopping center, gym, mosque and social areas.

Project  consists of 4 different types and a total of 3700 building.User requirements and user habits are the most important criteria taken into account while design the project. Concept design was created by using materials that are frequently used in buildings and are easier to access. The project concept was created from single-storey buildings and it was aimed not to spoil the silhouette of the region. As can be seen in the project, each building is designed to meet the requirements by increasing the number of rooms according to the number of users.The buildings can be constructed in the same way with the modular system logic, and with the  flexibility provided by the garden walls, they can be built in groups of 4, 8 or 16 etc. In this way, the construction area can be used in the most efficient way.

The proposed project site of 25 ha will hold 1000 units, with a population of approximately 8000 persons and will be one of the first major projects to be carried out by the Government. The underlying principles were to control the development and construction costs (an essential component of mass housing), and yet provide the best possible solution at a master plan level, allowing the residents to grow as a community, enabling easy access to basic amenities, and providing space for recreation and leisure activities. Mosques, sports areas, bazaars, school etc were some of the amenities to be provided in this self-contained master plan.

Landscaped courtyard, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, fitness room, infrastructure for a comfortable rest. The apartment can also be used for the personal living without any responsibilities. For the residents of the complex are provided a landscaped courtyard with a park and an attraction for children, infrastructure, which includes indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, jacuzzi, gym, summer cinema on the 18th floor and a cafe-bar with a terrace.

Over 500.000 m² area this project will bring new technologic transportation and logistic solution to Djibouti. This logistics center, which will be built in an area close to the port, will create easy transportation alternatives by acting as a bridge between sea freight and land transportation. Large storage areas consisting of multifunctional hangars will provide many advantages in the supply of materials inside to the country.
