The four-star Volga Premium Hotel is located within the historical and cultural downtown of Cheboksary.

Once Cheboksary’s main hotel, it was demolished in the middle of 20th century, due to the construction of the Cheboksary hydropower station. Desire to return the central part of the town historical appearance get inspired the owner of the hotel to reconstruct the image and the facade of the Volga Hotel were restored to be the true landmark of Cheboksary. Ersa has completely worked on Final Finishing works including furniture and equipment for 100 rooms, restaurants, cafes, bars, corridors, relaxation areas and business center. August 17, 2011 the official opening day of Volga Premium Hotel, is also the Town Day.

The hotel Ideally located in the downtown area and within walking distance of Nizhny Novgorod Kremlin, Bolshaya Pokrovskaya Street, the city’s main attractions, and office buildings. ERSA has constructed that Modern hotel with 80 comfortable rooms is the perfect destination for both business and leisure trips only within ten months.

Hotel is located in the city center of Ankara. ERSA’s contract scope has included FF&E works of 413 luxury rooms, 17 flexible meeting rooms and ball rooms, relaxing fitness center and spa that offering indoor and outdoor pool, luxury soa treatments and a fully equipped gym. ERSA has delivered his scope only with in 11 Months.

Sheraton Batumi is located in the heart of the city, next to the famous Batumi Boulevard and the Black Sea beach, just in few minutes walking distance to the historic center and within easy reach to the international airport and the train station. Located in the very heart of Batumi, the hotel’s gracious building is visible from every corner of the city and is called “White Pearl “ of the Black Sea region. It is located near the local landmarks and historic Batumi Boulevard, famous for its long promenades and dancing fountains. Ersa has completely worked on Final Finishing works including furniture and equipment for 300 rooms, cafe bars, spa and fitness center, meeting rooms, ball room and general areas in 2017.

Ibis Cheboksary Center is located in the business and cultural center of the city near Cheboksary Bay, close to the main sights, theaters and museums. Cheboksary, Chuvash capital and large port on the Volga river, is the economic and cultural center of the region. Each of the 110 rooms of the hotel has a modern design and excellent sound proofing. The hotel has three conference rooms. . Ersa has completely worked on Final Finishing works including furniture and equipment for all the rooms, common areas, and meeting rooms in 2016 only in 7 Months.

BAU Hospital’s Total Construction Area is 10.285m2. Project has started at March 2014 and completed at February 2015. The Client is System Construction, Istanbul. The Hospital has 56 Beds for Patients, 21 ICU beds, New Born ICU 5 beds. It is fully equipt hospital. There are totally 18 departments available in the policlinics including internal medicine, general surgery, pediatrics, gynecology and obstetrics, cardiology cardiovascular surgery, thoracic surgery, respiratory disease, orthopedics, urology, otorhinolaryngology, ophthalmology neurology, neurosurgery, dermatology, physiotherapy, psychiatry and dentistry. Building has 70pcs car parks. The Project has been constructed by ERSA as EPC and Equipt.

ERSA Construction provides mobile hospital solutions for regional districts, rural areas or armies for countries during Pandemic or Emergency Periods. According to the purpose, ERSA provides completely equipt 50 beds, 100 beds, 200beds mobile hospitals, ICU Units and Operation Rooms, Isolation Centers only with in 3 Months from foundation to servicing. The advantage of mobile hospital solutions are its speed, its diversity for different purposes, its transportable dimensions, its high durability.

Super Highway Project connects Bakkasi Deep Seaport to Abuja and North Nigeria. The Road has been planned as 6 lanes. ROW of the road has been realized at 100mt width. ERSA has mobilized to the project in early 2020. The road is 270km that will be constructed as 3 phases. In the First Phase ERSA has been awarded for 60km road including Africa’s first Spagetti Flyover, Intersections, Bridges and overpasses. Proposed timeline for the project is 44 Months. Road will be financed by the State Government leaded by Nigeria’s Digital Governor Prof. Ben Ayade. It is a toll road will be maintained and managed by ERSA.

Ersa Construction has already finalized the mobilization and started dredging and piling works. Project will be finalized with in 44 Months.The Bakassi Deep Sea Port is located on the Bakassi shoreline in Cross River State, South-South Nigeria. It is within the gulf of Guinea. Coordinate: 433899.85mE – 523599.29mN. Distance to the open sea: 36km (19.4 Nautical mile).It is the closest port to Northern Nigeria. Dredging: The dredging work is required for the formation ofberth pocket and the port basin area which has the design draft of 14.5meters and the approach channel of width of 145 meters and length of 6.45km and same draft of 14.5meters.
