Mercure Istanbul Airport Hotel is located on Istanbul with its easily accessible highway connections and serves with it’s 377 high luxury
comfortable rooms(364 Standard Rooms, 9 LUxury Suites, 4 Handicapped Rooms). The hotel also has indoor pool, spa and relaxation areas,
coiffure, restaurants and bars. The hotel has 3 underground floors contains carparks and technical service rooms.

The hotel has been invested and constructed by Ersa Construction with in 42 Months. Ersa Construction owns and operates the hotel.

Pullman Istanbul Airport Hotel & Convention Center is located at the heart of Istanbul and only 2 kms away from the airport.
The hotel has been constructed in 30 Months by ERSA Construction as its own investment. It is easily accesible through good highway connections.

The hotel has 403 rooms ( 371 Standard rooms, 31 Luxury Suites, 1 Presidential Suit) and a very big convention centre (50 Modular, attachable meeting rooms and ball rooms)that exceeds 16.000 m2 Area. It also has 3500m2 indoor pool, spa and fitness center, lounges, markets, 3 different restaurants, cafe, bars and relaxation areas.

The hotel has been awarded as the biggest Pullman Hotel Investment of Europe for Accor Group.

Ersa has not only invested and constructed the hotel but also owns and operating the hotel with highest Accor Standards.

After the decision has been taking to carry African Summit Meetings to Sirte instead of Tripoli by Ghaddafi’s Government in 2009, very challenging period started for Ersa to finalize too many contracts in a very limited time. The hotel project has been constructed for the African Leader’s teams, hotel has been designed as Light Gauge System to be prefabricated in a shorter time. The production has been done in Istanbul and Installation has been completed only in 5 months as Turn Key. 3 floors, 750 beds, 5 star hotel has been constructed by using LGS and furnished by ERSA for System Construction in Sirte, Libya.

African Summit Meetings, Sirte 2009 has been accommodated by this luxury VIP Meeting hall that constructed by ERSA for System Construction only in 5 Months. Meeting Hall has been constructed as Steel Structure while the villas are LGS. Over 900 workers and technical team members have been worked at the same time to meet the Client expectation for the time challenge. Presidents joined the meetings have used the villas for accommodation and office purposes for the meeting period.

Za sastanke na vrhu afričkog summita Sirte 2009. mala lokalna zračna luka Sirte obnovila je Ersa u roku od 5 mjeseci kako bi se smjestila međunarodna
flights. New terminal building with VIP Lounge has been constructed as Steel Construction, kalzip roofing with glazing facade coverings. Air control tower has been rehabilitated and recovered while new operational softwares and systems have been installed. Runway and apron floor concrete have been poured by using Massenza concrete pavers.

Projekt se nalazi u srcu Batumija u Gruziji, vrlo blizu mora. Zgrada je 42 spratova+ krovni pod, 3 podrumska kata kao
parkiralište i tehnička područja. Ukupna građevinska površina 120.000 m2 i sadrži stambene stanove, boutique hotel, - luksuzna trgovačka područja, urede i blagovaonice. Sa svojim visokim stropovima od 3,30 metara, Porto Batumi Tower dobar je rezultat korištenja visokotehnoloških stupova i metodologija gradnje.

Ima kapacitet od 320 soba, koji se nalazi u privatnoj uvali u Marmarisu - Çubucak. Ima 850 m dugu plažu. Udaljenost od zračne luke udaljena je samo 1 sat. Naši su objekti među najpopularnijim objektima u regiji. Projekt je Ersa izgradila kao vlastitu investiciju. Ersa također upravlja hotelom.
