Hotel Volga Premium s četiri zvjezdice nalazi se u povijesnom i kulturnom centru Cheboksaryja.

Nekada glavni hotel u Čeboksaru, srušen je sredinom 20. stoljeća, zbog izgradnje čehoksarske hidroelektrane. Želja za povratkom središnjeg dijela gradskog povijesnog izgleda inspirirala je vlasnika hotela da rekonstruira sliku, a fasada hotela Volga obnovljena je kao prava znamenitost Čeboksarija. Ersa je u potpunosti radila na završnim radovima, uključujući namještaj i opremu za 100 soba, restorana, kafića, barova, hodnika, prostora za opuštanje i poslovnog centra. 17. kolovoza 2011. službeni dan otvorenja Volga Premium hotela ujedno je i Dan grada.

Hotel se nalazi u centru grada Ankare. Opseg ugovora ERSA -e obuhvaća FF&E radove 413 luksuznih soba, 17 fleksibilnih soba za sastanke i loptica, opuštajući fitness centar i toplice koje nude unutarnji i vanjski bazen, luksuzne tretmane sapunom i potpuno opremljenu teretanu. ERSA je svoj opseg isporučila tek za 11 mjeseci.

Sheraton Batumi nalazi se u srcu grada, pored poznatog Batumskog bulevara i plaže na Crnom moru, na samo nekoliko minuta hoda do povijesnog centra i nadomak međunarodne zračne luke i željezničke stanice. Smještena u samom srcu Batumija, milosna zgrada hotela vidljiva je iz svakog kutka grada i naziva se "Bijeli biser" crnomorske regije. The hotel has three conference rooms. . Ersa has completely worked on Final Finishing works including furniture and equipment for all the rooms, common areas, and meeting rooms in 2016 only in 7 Months.

BAU Hospital’s Total Construction Area is 10.285m2. Project has started at March 2014 and completed at February 2015. The Client is System Construction, Istanbul. The Hospital has 56 Beds for Patients, 21 ICU beds, New Born ICU 5 beds. It is fully equipt hospital. There are totally 18 departments available in the policlinics including internal medicine, general surgery, pediatrics, gynecology and obstetrics, cardiology cardiovascular surgery, thoracic surgery, respiratory disease, orthopedics, urology, otorhinolaryngology, ophthalmology neurology, neurosurgery, dermatology, physiotherapy, psychiatry and dentistry. Building has 70pcs car parks. The Project has been constructed by ERSA as EPC and Equipt.

ERSA Construction provides mobile hospital solutions for regional districts, rural areas or armies for countries during Pandemic or Emergency Periods. According to the purpose, ERSA provides completely equipt 50 beds, 100 beds, 200beds mobile hospitals, ICU Units and Operation Rooms, Isolation Centers only with in 3 Months from foundation to servicing. The advantage of mobile hospital solutions are its speed, its diversity for different purposes, its transportable dimensions, its high durability.

Projekt Super autoceste povezuje duboku morsku luku Bakkasi s Abujom i sjevernom Nigerijom. Cesta je planirana kao 6 traka. RED ceste je realiziran na širini od 100mt. ERSA se na projekt mobilizirala početkom 2020. Cesta je duga 270 km i bit će izgrađena u tri faze. U prvoj fazi ERSA je nagrađena za cestu od 60 km, uključujući prvi afrički prelet Spagetti, raskrižja, mostove i nadvožnjake. Predloženi rok za projekt je 44 mjeseca. Ceste će financirati državna vlada koju vodi nigerijski digitalni guverner prof. Ben Ayade. To je cesta s naplatom cestarine koju će održavati i upravljati ERSA.

Project will be finalized with in 44 Months.The Bakassi Deep Sea Port is located on the Bakassi shoreline in Cross River State, South-South Nigeria. It is within the gulf of Guinea. Coordinate: 433899.85mE – 523599.29mN. Distance to the open sea: 36km (19.4 Nautical mile).It is the closest port to Northern Nigeria. Dredging: The dredging work is required for the formation ofberth pocket and the port basin area which has the design draft of 14.5meters and the approach channel of width of 145 meters and length of 6.45km and same draft of 14.5meters.
