Project consists of 4 different types and a total of 3700 building.User requirements and user habits are the most important criteria taken into account while design the project. Concept design was created by using materials that are frequently used in buildings and are easier to access. The project concept was created from single-storey buildings and it was aimed not to spoil the silhouette of the region. As can be seen in the project, each building is designed to meet the requirements by increasing the number of rooms according to the number of users.The buildings can be constructed in the same way with the modular system logic, and with the flexibility provided by the garden walls, they can be built in groups of 4, 8 or 16 etc. In this way, the construction area can be used in the most efficient way.
