Emerald Hotel project has 17 upper floors plus 2 basement floor. Green color of Emerald meets with gold to furnish all areas including the exterior cladding works to meet the highest luxury standards. Smart Management ELV Technologies on use with Energy Saving AC units and solar power production cells. Project will be delivered only in 14 Months including long shipping & logistic periods. Radisson South Africa is controlling the quality standards to satisfy Radisson’s Expactations.

The hospital located in the Center of Douala. The investor is the private business person has Hotel Investments in the whole Central Africa Region. The Project has been designed by a Turkish Architectural Group for ERSA. ERSA’ s Medical Consultants and Turkish Health Tourism Agency Management has directed the design process. Ersa will construct the project with in next 13 months as EPC Contractor and operate the hospital for the Investor. Project has 65 beds capacity with 16 polyclinics, 4 Operation Rooms, 16 ICU Unit and will give service as General Ward Hospital.

700 m long railway crossing bridge and 4km asphalt road project connecting Islam Kerimov street and M39 road.

Slatina infrastructure project contains 66km gravity corrugated pipelines, 57km PE pressure lines, 5.6km rehabilitation of the existing lines, 1.000m3 water tank construction, home connections, drainage lines, roads, walkways, bike ways and landscaping. The project is Fidic Redbook contract and the time line for the project is 33 Months.

Project is financed by European Union Funding and International bidding process has been concluded.

The works are contracted according to the terms of the contract for installation sand design and construction for electrical and mechanical buildings and works according to the Contractor’s projects (FIDIC Yellow Book)
